The retreat for formators took place from 20 to 25 November 2017. in a retreat house belonging to the Province of the Immaculate Conception in Lyajsk.
The retreatist was about. Claudius Michalski from The Province of St. Francis of Assisi, the provincial moderator of the continuous formation, was a missionary working in Kazakhstan.

In Zariczany k/Zhytomyr in Ukraine, from 21 October to 3 November 2013, there will be an annual retreat for the formators of our Conference.
The retreatist will be about. Natanael Hare OFM (Province of St. Michael the Archangel).
Retreat for the formators of our Conference will take place from 12 to 17 November 2012, in the monastery of brothers in Kalwaria Zebrzydowska (ul. St. Bernard 46).
The retreat will lead s. Teresa Paszkowska Associate Professor kul, at which the university conducts classes on the following topics:
– Religious spirituality;
– The spirituality of consecrated life;
– Formation for prayer;
– Psychology in spiritual direction;
– Theology of consecrated life.
This year(2011) retreat for the formators of our Conference took place from 14 to 19 November in the Pilgrim's House at the monastery of the Province of the Immaculate Conception of the Virgin Mary in Lyajsk (Pl. St. Mary 8; 37-300 Lyajsk; +48 17 242 00 06; e-mail: lezajsk@bernardyni.pl).
The retreatist was about. Kazimierz Synowczyk OFMCap from the Warsaw Province of the Order of The Capuchin Friars.
The conferences he proposed about. Casimir, saturated with the wisdom of the Word of God, the tradition of the Church and the Franciscan Sources, addressed the theme of prayer in its various dimensions: 1) Harmony between prayer and action. 2) Prayer in the Spirit. 3) The Christological dimension of our prayer. 4) Contemplation of the face of Christ crucified. 5) Blessed are those who in God recognize the Father. 6) The ecclesial nature of our prayer. 7) The Marian figure of our prayer. 8) Prayer in a spirit of humility and minotitas. 9) Blessing and intercession. 10) Pray with angels and saints.
The daily Convention Mass, the breviar prayer, the adoration of the Blessed Sacrament and the evening recreation are the community-forming moments of the whole retreat.
In the monastery of brothers on Mount St. Anna, held this year's (2010) retreat for the formators of our Conference. We started on the evening of November 15th and finished on November 20th.
In 2009, a retreat for the formators of the North-East Conference took place from 19 to 29 October in Zariczany near Zhytomyr, Ukraine.
