As announced, the next workshops for the guards of the North Slavic Conference will take place from 5 to 8 November 2012, at the Pilgrim's House on Mount St. Anne (al. John Paul II 7; 47-154 Mount St. Anna; Tel. +48 77 46 25 301; ; dompielgrzyma@op.pl).
The topic of the meeting will address the issue of alcohol dependence.
From 16 to 23 September 2012, in the monastery of the brothers in Split (Croatia), there will be a Congress for the formators of two Conferences of our Order – North Slavic and South Slavic.
From 11 to 13 July, the General Curia of our Order and the Pontifical University "Antonianum" in Rome, organizes a seminary on the subject. "Postmodern culture".
An important event in our Order will be the Chapter of tents "under Ten", which will take place from 2 to 10 June 2012 in Mexico (Guadalajara-Città del Messico DF).
From 15 to 18 May 2012 in Štiavnické Bane (Chata Assisi 969 81 Štiavnické Bane 117, Tel. +45 692 90 06, GSM: +45 907 684 440), this year's formation meeting of the junior brothers of the North Slavic Conference will take place.
The theme of the meeting will be modern spiritual threats and service to the enslaved.
Lectures will be conducted by. Filip Kahlert OFM – Master of the House of Temporary Professions in Katowice-Panewniki and exorcist of the Archdiocese of Katowice.

On December 18, 2011, in the monastery of brothers in Katowice-Panewniki (ul. Panewnicka 76), will be held a meeting of the secretariat of formation and study of the North Slavic Conference.
On November 29, 2011, in the hall of Blessed James, at the Franciscan Convent of the Convention in Krakow, the 11th Franciscan Session entitled "Virgo ecclesia facta" took place. Mary – The Virgin made the Church."
The organizer of the session was the WSD Of The Franciscans of the Convention in Kraków and the Institute of Franciscan Studies in Cracow.
This year(2011) retreat for the formators of our Conference took place from 14 to 19 November in the Pilgrim's House at the monastery of the Province of the Immaculate Conception of the Virgin Mary in Lyajsk (Pl. St. Mary 8; 37-300 Lyajsk; +48 17 242 00 06; e-mail: lezajsk@bernardyni.pl).
The retreatist was about. Kazimierz Synowczyk OFMCap from the Warsaw Province of the Order of The Capuchin Friars.
The conferences he proposed about. Casimir, saturated with the wisdom of the Word of God, the tradition of the Church and the Franciscan Sources, addressed the theme of prayer in its various dimensions: 1) Harmony between prayer and action. 2) Prayer in the Spirit. 3) The Christological dimension of our prayer. 4) Contemplation of the face of Christ crucified. 5) Blessed are those who in God recognize the Father. 6) The ecclesial nature of our prayer. 7) The Marian figure of our prayer. 8) Prayer in a spirit of humility and minotitas. 9) Blessing and intercession. 10) Pray with angels and saints.
The daily Convention Mass, the breviar prayer, the adoration of the Blessed Sacrament and the evening recreation are the community-forming moments of the whole retreat.
